Privacy Policy

Album Inspire ("we") runs Ai Photographer Management at https://pm.albuminspire.in, a studio management and photo selection platform for photographers ("studios") and their clients. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Studio accounts: name, studio name, email, phone, address, UPI ID, logo and branding settings.
  • Business records a studio adds: customers, bookings, quotations, bills, receipts, expenses and team members.
  • Photos a studio uploads or imports, and the selections, downloads and payments their clients make in shared galleries.
  • Face data (optional): face descriptors computed from gallery photos so guests can find their own photos with a selfie.

Google Drive

A studio can connect its own Google Drive to import photos into a gallery. We request only the drive.file permission, which lets us access only the files the studio picks in the Google Picker — never the rest of their Drive. We also receive the Google account's email address to show which account is connected.

  • Picked files are downloaded once, stored as private originals in the studio's gallery, and watermarked previews are generated from them.
  • We store an encrypted refresh token so imports can run in the background. Disconnecting Google Drive in Settings deletes it and revokes our access.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service, and do not use it to train AI models.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use data

Only to run the service: show galleries to the people a studio shares them with, process selections and payments, generate bills and reports, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers in a MySQL database and private file storage. Original photos are never public; clients only see watermarked copies unless the studio allows downloads. Sensitive tokens are stored encrypted.

Retention and deletion

Studios can delete photos, galleries and their account at any time. Galleries can expire automatically based on the studio's settings. To ask for deletion of your data, email us at the address below.
