Terms of Service

These terms apply to Ai Photographer Management at https://pm.albuminspire.in, operated by Album Inspire. By creating an account or using a shared gallery you agree to them.

Studio accounts

• You are responsible for your account, its password and everything done with it.
• You must own, or have permission to share, every photo you upload or import, and have your clients' consent to share their photos with them.
• Your plan decides which features you can use. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and business records. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service to you and the people you share galleries with.

Google Drive import

If you connect Google Drive, we access only the files you pick, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Google Drive.

Payments

Payments between studios and their clients (for example paid downloads via UPI) are made directly to the studio. The studio is responsible for confirming and refunding them.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of important photos. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.
